Regarding Hildy Hildy Gottlieb is a social scientist with a penchant for asking big questions. She is the co-founder and Chief Boundary Pusher of Creating the Future, an open, living laboratory dedicated to bringing out the best in people, circumstances, and our planet via the questions we ask every day. In addition to her work at Creating the Future, Hildy works as a consultant, assisting organizations and businesses in bringing out the best in themselves and pushing the boundaries of what is possible both within and outside their four walls. Hildy is a TEDx speaker, as well as a Huffington Post and Stanford Social Innovation Review contributor. She is also the creator and host of the Making Change podcast, in which she has interviewed international leaders about the variables that lead to strong, good change. Hildy's work is based on a mix of research and practical experience gained over the course of her career as a consultant and serial social entrepreneur. Hildy and her boyfriend, Dimitri Petropolis, taught as professors at Duquesne University (pron. Dew-cáyne), where they helped design the present Masters's degree program in Community Leadership. The group also co-founded the world's first diaper bank, which sparked the diaper banking movement across North America and earned President Bill Clinton's Points of Light Citation. Hildy's best-selling books on the nuts and bolts of social change have all become industry standards and are utilized as texts in undergraduate and graduate programs worldwide.
