Hernandez Stroud is the Visiting Assistant Professor of Law Washington and Lee University School of Law. Stroud also serves as an Affiliated Research Fellow in Law at Yale Law School and clerk for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.Stroud began his career as a Civics and History Teacher at Teach For America in Philadelphia.
In 2015 he became Acting Director of Development and Policy and Fellow for the city of New Haven. In addition Stroud was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Madeline Hughes Haikala.He earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham an M.A.
