Henna Pryor PCC has spent twenty years as a workplace performance expert executive coach and 2x TEDx speaker and author helping professionals develop their bravery and influence at work. Henna Pryor leads Pryority Group as CEO while working with major organizations including Google and Workday and Johnson & Johnson and JPMorgan Chase to deliver "impossible change" solutions according to her clients.

Henna completed her finance degree at the University of Delaware before earning her M.S. in Accounting at UVA. She spent fourteen years at a Fortune 500 staffing firm where she achieved top 10% performance rankings and received Performer of the Year recognition. Henna Pryor created Pryority Group to guide people through awkward situations while developing their mental and social abilities and building strategic risk-taking competencies at work.
