Helen worked at emnos, where she assisted companies such as Waitrose, Morrisons, Target, and Woolworths Australia in extracting value from their consumer data. Helen was the Head of Strategy and Consumer Management at Homebase, where she was in charge of the loyalty program, the re-platforming of the Homebase website, and customer intelligence. Helen worked in a range of category planning and consumer intelligence jobs at Woolworths Group. Helen began her work with B&Q on the Kingfisher graduate plan after studying Modern History at Somerville College, Oxford.
