Hayley Barnard Biography

Hayley Barnard is the Managing Director and Diversity Strategist at MIX Diversity Developers, a firm that assists businesses in being more inventive and lucrative by fostering a more diverse staff and consumer base. BAE Systems, Deutsche Telekom/T-Mobile, Diageo, and the Care Quality Commission are just a few of MIX's clients. They were thrilled to be recognized by one of their clients and then selected for Personnel Today's HR Supplier of the Year Award. Hayley was in a hurry while she was in her twenties. After swiftly advancing to General Manager of Sir Chay Blyth's "Challenge Business" at the age of 23, she was appointed to her first board position at the age of 26. Hayley completed postgraduate marketing studies before co-founding a communications and sponsorship company with Debra Searle MVO, MBE, of which she is still a board director today. Hayley, now in her forties, wants to make sure that her time and energy are put to good use for her clients. Her goal is that by enabling business leaders, we can promote a culture of inclusion both within and outside the workplace, which is why MIX Diversity Developers was founded. Hayley is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion since many of the "protected qualities" have had an influence on her life. She selected Religious Studies as her first degree, specializing in Islam since she has always been interested in faiths and their influence on people's behavior. Hayley has a lot of homosexual relatives in her own family, as well as two disabled children. As a woman, she has a strong interest in gender balance, and her early senior positions in her 20s left her wondering how people of different generations can work together more effectively. Hayley is dedicated to seeing that everyone, regardless of gender, sexuality, age, religion, ethnicity, sexuality, or personality type, realizes their full potential.
