Guy Horowitz Biography

Guy Horowitz is Vice President Business Development and Venturing in Deutsche Telekom. He serves as the Managing Director of DT's Israeli office.
Since 1998 Guy has been involved with developing and commercializing innovative technologies in the mobile Internet and enterprise software space - in startups corporates and as a venture capital investor. With roles spanning from product management to marketing strategy and business development Guy has been engaged in some of the most notable efforts of getting Israeli technology into the hands of consumers and enterprises worldwide. Before joining DT Guy was Chairman of the Smart Water Networks Forum and Vice President Marketing of TaKaDu a smart-networks innovator. Previously he served as Director of Marketing Strategy in Modu Mobile Director of Product Marketing in Microsoft and as Principal in Gemini Venture Partners.
Guy's career in the telecom space spans over 15 years in startups and corporates. He headed mobile products in Commtouch (Nasdaq: CTCH) and was also head of product management in Followap (acquired by Neustar).
