Guhan Subramanian is the H. Douglas Weaver Professor of Business Law at Harvard Business School and the Joseph Flom Professor of Law and Business at Harvard Law School. He is the only individual in Harvard University history to hold tenured posts at both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School.
He teaches negotiating and business law courses at Harvard Law School. He lectures in numerous executive education programs at HBS, including Strategic Negotiations, Changing the Game, and Increasing the Effectiveness of Corporate Boards. He is the faculty chair for Harvard University's JD/MBA program and the Harvard Program on Negotiation's Vice Chair for Research.
