Guard Young recently has additional international success as a gymnast as a part of the 2004 U.S. Olympic Team. Young solidified his berth on the Olympic Roster after a strong performance at the 2004 U.S.
Championships and then again during the last training session to select the remaining slots on the team, after trying for numerous years to make the team. Young was the first American to compete in both team events at the Summer Games in Athens, Greece, and helped the Americans win silver, their first team medal since 1984.
