Gretchen Wilson is a vocalist who specializes in country music. In March 2004, she released her first song, Redneck Woman. That song went on to be the number one song on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart and #22 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2005, it was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance.
Wilson launched her debut album, Here for the Party, in 2004 after having such a great start with Redneck Woman. In the United States, the album reached #1 on the Country Album List and #2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Her second album, All Jacked Up, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and the U.S.
