Gregory Yep is the senior vice president of long-term research at PepsiCo. He has responsibility for long-term science-based strategies for core ingredients and their impact on food flavor metabolism and nutrition to drive breakthrough innovation for growth in all PepsiCo products.
He is also the lead scientist for the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI) a facility aimed at expanding knowledge on sports nutrition and exercise science that enhances the performance and well-being of athletes. Prior to this he held the role of global vice president of application technologies at Givaudan Flavors and Fragrances.
