Mr. Brenneman has a broad history in the general management of big businesses, as well as skills in accounting and corporate finance, retail, supply chain, marketing, and international affairs. Mr. Brenneman is the Chairman of CCMP Capital, a private equity firm, as well as the Chairman and CEO of TurnWorks, Inc., a private equity firm specializing in business turnarounds. From January 2007 to September 2008, Mr. Brenneman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Quiznos, a nationwide quick-service restaurant company. Prior to joining Quiznos, Mr. Brenneman led restructuring and turnaround efforts at Burger King Corporation, an international fast food restaurant franchise company, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors from August 2004 to April 2006, and as Chairman of the board of directors from February 2005 to April 2006; and PwC Consulting, a global consulting business, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors from February 2005 to April 2006.
