Gregor Hackmack is Co-Founder of abgeordnetenwatch.de (parliamentwatch.org) an independent platform that gives German citizens the possibility to ask public questions and receive public answers from their members of Parliament over the Internet. In 2008 Hackmack received the Ashoka Fellowship for social entrepreneurship. He is also one of three initiators of a successful referendum campaign for a more direct electoral law in the state of Hamburg.
