Graham Elliot Bowles, a professional chef residing in Chicago, Illinois, was born on January 4, 1977. Elliot's first job after culinary school was working under Chef Dean Fearing at the Mansion on Turtle Creek, a five-diamond/five-star resort in Dallas. He then proceeded to Woodstock, Vermont's Jackson House Inn & Restaurant.
He was awarded one of the Ten Best New Chefs of 2004 by Food & Wine Magazine while he was there. Elliot then relocated to Chicago to work at TRU under the direction of the legendary Charlie Trotter and Rick Tramonto.
