Golbie established the BlackRock Meditation Program in April 2013, which provides mindfulness and meditation training and tools to approximately 1500 BlackRock employees across 17 countries. With $4.7 trillion in assets under administration and over 12,000 employees, BlackRock is the world's largest asset manager. Golbie led workers in guided meditations twice a week for more than two years, with an emphasis on applying self-management skills in a high-performance work setting. Golbie held several positions at BlackRock during her eight-year tenure, including Global Program Manager for the Global Client and Sales Excellence Program, Founding Member, Knowledge Strategist, and Business Manager for the BlackRock Investment Institute, and member of the High Yield Real Estate Debt Portfolio Management Group. Golbie has given guided meditations and seminars at a number of global corporations as well as the United States House of Representatives. In June 2015, Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center, in collaboration with Delivering Happiness, named her a Corporate Culture Champion.
