Martin-Flickinger has over 20 years of experience directing large-scale worldwide IT groups for firms that have seen rapid development through acquisition, global expansion, and/or the implementation of innovative business models. Her experience includes managing businesses through transformative change, harmonizing IT budgets, and linking IT to business objectives. Martin-Flickinger was the CIO of VeriSign before joining Adobe, where she handled corporate information technology services for the company's 60 offices across the world. She formerly worked as the CIO for Network Associates, Inc. and McAfee Associates, Inc. before joining VeriSign. Martin-Flickinger worked at Chevron Corporation for several years before joining McAfee, including as a process consultant to the company's leadership team.
