Gerard J. Puccio is the Department Chair and Professor at Buffalo State's International Center for Studies in Creativity, a one-of-a-kind academic department that provides the world's only Master of Science degree in creativity. Gerard has authored over 50 papers, chapters, and books.
His most recent book, The Innovative Team, co-authored with Chris Grivas, is a story of a team that was able to turn around a dysfunctional and unproductive environment by using proven creative-thinking techniques.
