George Bloom has a passion for art and science. His recent TEDx talk on “How the Metaverse will change Filmmaking” was an insightful vision of the future. George grew up in a house filled with laughter as his father wrote comedy shows: "All in The Family," "Welcome Back Kotter," "Chico and the Man" and "Jonathan Winters." His father taught him one guiding principal: “It’s not what you know, it’s how you use your imagination.”
George is currently executive producer at CBS Digital, the visual effects team responsible for movies and television series such as: Netflix’s "Daredevil," FOX’s "Last Man on Earth," and Amazon’s "Transparent." He and his colleagues develop proprietary tools for production and execute custom content for the Virtual Reality.
