Chopra Real Estate Developments Inc. was founded and is led by Geeta Chopra. She is a Toronto-based real estate investor, landlord, and developer who has negotiated over 500 leases and purchase agreements on behalf of clients, executives, and her firm. She began developing her long-term bargaining abilities in the corporate sector when she was 22 years old. Through the age of 30, she had acquired five properties, all of which she had acquired by negotiating the idea of capital leveraging. She also secured a $1,000,000 franchise contract in New Jersey for herself and her business partner (brother). She handled 35 workers directly as the franchise owner, where she learned how to thrive in employee/manager relations. She also worked as a professional sales trainer for new agents during her early years in the competitive real estate sector. We are always selling something, according to Geeta, whether it's an idea, a CV, a business strategy, or a job. She earned her bachelor's degree from the renowned University of Toronto and her master's degree in International Business from George Washington University. She is a Rotarian from Toronto who has been a member of the team for three years. She helped the organization with local fundraising and arranged many community events, including a speaker series and educational seminars. She now presents a television show called "The Geeta Chopra Show" on Princeton Television Network channels 30 and 45 as a personal hobby. The show, which she negotiated with the TV network to air in primetime, addresses healthy lifestyle themes. It airs on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 12:20 p.m. In 2019, the show received an award from the governor's office.
