Deerpath Capital Management, LP's Mr. Gary C. Wendt is a Co-Founder. Mr. Wendt is the Treasurer and served as the Secretary of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America's National Board of Governors. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Conseco. Mr. Wendt was President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of GE Capital Services from 1986 to 1998, where he built businesses and oversaw 300 acquisitions. He spent 24 years with GE Capital. He was President and Chief Operations Officer of GE Credit Corp. from 1984 until 1986. Sanchez Computer Associates Inc. became General Electric's main business activity during his 15-year stint as CEO of GE Capital. From 1999 to 2000, he ran his own asset management business, Global Opportunity Advisors. Mr. Wendt created two companies in India, including EXL, in 1999. At Green Tree Servicing, LLC, he was the Chief Executive Officer. Since 1999, Mr. Wendt has served as a Director of Sanchez Computer Associates, LLC. Since September 2004, he has served as a director of CSC Covansys Corp. Brunswick Capital's Director is Mr. Wendt (Russia). Green Tree Servicing, LLC was chaired by Mr. Wendt. Since June 2000, he has served as Chairman of the Board and a Director of CNO Financial Group, Inc. He was a member of the ICG Group, Inc. Advisory Board (Now, Actua Corporation). Since June 26, 2000, Mr. Wendt has been a Director of Neurologix Inc. From June 6, 2006, to June 3, 2009, he was a Director of FTI Consulting, Inc. Mr. Wendt was the Chairman of the United Way of Tri-State and the United Way of Stamford campaigns, as well as the Regional Plan Association and the Connecticut Southwestern Area Commerce & Industry Association (SACIA). He was the Regional Plan Association's Director. Mr. Wendt was an Outward Bound USA Trustee. He has a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
