Gary Muszynski is a member of and director of The Sambistas, an eight-piece percussion ensemble. He has been doing experiential workshops for corporate managers and workers, educators, and individuals in the general public in North America and Europe since 1987. He has worked with the Missouri Arts Council as a consultant and as a panelist for the National Endowment for the Arts. Gary has also given talks at the Kennedy Center, the Eastman School of Music, and the Omega Institute. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Sussex in England with a dual degree in philosophy and history. Gary has been more interested in using music to promote creativity, cooperation, diversity, and leadership in the workplace. His groundbreaking work in promoting human potential via the arts has led to him leading programs for a range of companies and organizations, including Walt Disney World, the Center for Creative Leadership, and Hallmark Cards.
