I am extremely proud to announce today that we have formed a strategic partnership with Market Tech Holdings based in the UK. They have acquired a majority stake in the company and committed significant funds to help accelerate our growth as we take on the mobile advertising world.
Tim Nilsson and I came together in 2008 with the mission of building a better marketing company - one known for its dedication to service and results. Since that time we have assembled an amazingly talented and collaborative team of 120 people from around the world. We have also created a scalable user acquisition and ad monetization platform reaching over 1B mobile consumers and powering over 3K live campaigns. But we still want to do better. We will aggressively build out more sophisticated yet impactful solutions for our mobile digital content and mobile commerce clients.
The last seven years has been an exhilarating ride that has taken us to so many fascinating economies where we met equally fascinating and passionate people from the industry. We are incredibly thankful to our clients and partners for challenging us and forcing us to constantly define and redefine ourselves. We would not be here at this momentous milestone without them. They have looked to us to help them activate global audiences reach growth objectives and move markets. We don't take that responsibility or trust lightly.
