As Global Head of Capital Markets for NYSE Group a wholly owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange Garvis Toler is responsible for managing relationships and the strategic direction of the NYSE’s leading listings business and liaises with investment banks law firms private equity and venture capital firms to support capital market transactions. Prior to joining NYSE Toler was Global Head of Sales and Equity Capital Markets at Dealogic and held senior leadership roles at MSCI J.P. Morgan RiskMetrics and CFRA. Toler holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
