Franzella Guido is a Nicaraguan born designer project manager and construction administrator for residential and commercial projects. Popular for her work on the nationally televised home improvement shows “My First Place” on Home and Garden Television and “In A Fix” on The Learning Channel (TLC).Franzella Guido was born in Managua Nicaragua to parents of Spanish and Italian descent.
She started drawing at age five and set her sights on a career in architecture at a young age. Her training began when she was accepted to Design and Architecture Senior High School in Miami Florida where she prepared her portfolio.
