Frank is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Sigmar, where he oversees a staff of over 100 recruiters in Dublin, Cork, Galway, and across the country. Over the previous six years, Frank has served on the National Recruitment Federation of Ireland as a committee member, treasurer, and secretary.
In 2014, he was elected Vice President of the National Recruitment Federation, and in 2017, he was voted President-elect. He was a member of the team that pushed the government on issues such as the Agency Workers Act, Zero Hours Contracts, and "If and When" contracts.
