Contemporary art curator of international renown Francesco Bonami was born in Florence then moved to New York in the mid-1980s where he started working as curator. During the period 1995-2014 has was artistic director of the Foundation Sandretto ReRebaudengo per l’Arte in Turin. From 2004 to 2008 he was artistic director of the Centro di Arte Contemporanea at Villa Manin.
Moreover he has been working with international companies including Enel Yoox and UBS on several art projects; at the moment he is Valentino’s ‘publishing consultant’ and curator of the exhibition programme for Phillips.
