Félix Fernández is a retired Mexican football goalkeeper who was born on January 11, 1967, in Mexico City. At the 1994 FIFA World Cup, he was a part of the Mexican national team's roster.
He currently plays amateur soccer with Club Deportivo Sahara in the ADECMAC division in Mexico City and is an enthusiastic promoter of cultural events that combine literature and art with soccer. He is presently a co-host of Univision's Republica Deportiva sports show. FC Atlante retired his number, which was 12, in his honor.
