Founder and CEO of Tifosy which helps football clubs raise funds online for specific projects leveraging their global fanbase. Our mission is to enable everyone to invest in football in a fair and transparent way. We call it Fanfunding.
Prior to Tifosy I worked in investment banking (Morgan Stanley Goldman Sachs) in London for many years covering the TMT sector.
I acted as a trusted advisor for media and internet companies in EMEA and emerging markets. I have direct experience in cross-border and in-market M&A IPOs debt financings private placements etc and worked with a wide spectrum of clients (strategics private equity funds VCs).
Before my banking career and graduation from my MBA at London Business School I worked as a qualified accountant (CPA) for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Boston Los Angeles and Brussels office. Also here my client base consisted of leading TMT companies for which I spearheaded many projects (audit corporate finance SEC compliance pre-IPO work vendor due diligence Sarbanes-Oxley implementations system integrations etc).
