Fara formerly worked as the Global Head of Marketing at Vans, where she had the privilege of bringing their brand to life during their 50th anniversary. She also spent over a decade at Dell, where she led North America Consumer and Small Business Marketing and established Dell's in-house digital agency. She began her marketing career with Gatorade, where she learned the value of getting to know your customers. She is adamant that the fundamental purpose of marketing is to understand and advocate for the consumer. Fara earned her MBA from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). Ann Arbor is also where she met her spouse, so it has a particular place in her heart. Fara is an ardent athlete who enjoys anything outside, especially if it involves her husband and three incredibly active boys, aged 7, 8, and 9.
