Evan S. Medeiros is the head of Eurasia Group's Asia-Pacific coverage, a region with unrivaled prospects for global business. Evan left his post as special assistant to the president and senior director for Asian affairs in the National Security Council of the White House in June 2015. (NSC). Evan was President Barack Obama's senior Asia-Pacific adviser at the time and was in charge of coordinating US strategy in the region across diplomacy, defense policy, economic policy, and intelligence affairs.
