Ernest Miller is the chef of the Farmer's Kitchen, a non-profit community-oriented project of Sustainable Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles in Hollywood, California. He is also the primary instructor for the University of California Cooperative Extension's Master Food Preserver Program in Los Angeles County. He attended Terra Madre 2012, the international Slow Food conference, as a US delegate.
He is a former enlisted Marine, an honors graduate of the United States Naval Academy, and a Yale Law School graduate, among other things.
