Erika Kirk is an American businesswoman, podcaster, and former beauty queen known for her faith-driven initiatives and role in conservative activism. Crowned Miss Arizona USA in 2012, she studied political science and international relations at Arizona State University after attending Notre Dame Preparatory High School, where she excelled in basketball and volleyball.

Raised Catholic in Scottsdale, Arizona, Kirk founded the nonprofit Everyday Heroes Like You to support under-recognized charities, launched the Bible ministry BIBLEin365, and created the faith-based clothing line Proclaim. She hosts the "Midweek Rise Up" podcast, offering devotional encouragement and Biblical leadership insights. Kirk met conservative activist Charlie Kirk in 2019, marrying him in 2021 and starting a family.
