Eric Roberson is a Rahway, New Jersey-based singer, songwriter, and producer. He is sometimes known as simply as Erro, a moniker he used for his label Blue Erro Soul later on. In 1994, Warner Bros. Records published his debut song, The Moon, and he recorded an album for the company that was never released.
He got a songwriting agreement with the EMI label while studying Musical Theatre at Howard University and performing in a variety of musicals and plays. He went on to collaborate with Philadelphia-based musicians like Jill Scott, Musiq Soulchild, and, most notably, DJ Jazzy Jeff.
