Eric Lee spent his childhood around the globe! Eric can't stay in one place for very long, therefore he can't declare that any place is his home. Eric discovered that his fondest memories were usually associated with food during his travels. Family and friends gathered in the kitchen and around the table to break bread and enjoy each other's company.
He started working at the Gateway Café in Lyons, Colorado when he was 14 years old. His next visit was the Old Bell Hotel in England. It was quite an experience being the only Yankee in an old-school French classic kitchen full of Brits! Eric was most recently and famously the chef at Kitchen Denver.
