Eric Ladizinsky is a senior scientist with solid expertise in physics, engineering, materials, and production. He specializes in multidisciplinary R&D, technical team development, infrastructure construction and management, and the integration of R&D and full-scale production. He managed a multi-million dollar DARPA initiative in Quantum Computing employing superconducting integrated circuit technology at Northrop Grumman Space Technology (previously TRW, Inc.). Mr.
Ladizinsky is in charge of D-technological Wave's effort to create the superconducting integrated circuit fabrication process, as well as industrial optimization methods for high yields, such as bespoke vacuum systems, automated testing infrastructure, and specialized low noise electronics. He oversees the whole manufacturing process from our US foundry, including thin film deposition, photolithography, etching, testing, and troubleshooting. Mr.
