Eric Bogosian (born April 24 1953 (1953-04-24) (age 54) in Woburn Massachusetts) is an Armenian-American actor playwright monologist and novelist.After graduating from Oberlin College Bogosian moved to New York City to pursue a career in theatre. As a performer Bogosian has a very distinctive style. His one-man shows are a minimalist blend of dark comedy geopolitical commentary and social realism.
When performing on stage Bogosian generally appears as a series of characters using few props (beer bottle cane cup) if any.In 2006 Bogosian joined the cast of Law & Order: Criminal Intent as Capt. Danny Ross replacing Jamey Sheridan's character Capt. James Deakins.
