Dr. Erez Morag, a former Nike Game Changer, is the CEO and Founder of Acceler8 Performance Ltd, a company that focuses on high-speed decision-making. Dr. Morag travels the world, motivating business executives, engineers, entrepreneurs, and students to apply sport science concepts to their companies. His keynote speaking engagements have included the high tech sector (Intel, Oracle, HP, Applied Materials, SAP, Texas Instruments, Checkpoint, and others); biotech sector (Abbvie Pharmaceutical, Covidien); banking sector (Societe Generale Group, ANZ Bank); telecom sector (Cellbrite, Partner Communications); and education sector (Intel, Oracle, HP, Applied Materials, SAP, Texas Instruments, Checkpoint); banking sector (Societe Generale Group (Harvard Business School, Willamette University). Erez worked at Nike's headquarters in Oregon from 1998 to 2011, where he was a part of four groundbreaking start-ups. Dr. Morag went on to establish Athlete Performance Insight, a program that uses superstar athletes' skills to produce high-quality product innovation. The Nike Sport Research Lab invites top athletes to examine their skills and design items that will help them improve their performance. In this capacity, Erez worked with a number of high-profile athletes, including footballers Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Rooney, Oliver Bierhoff, and Mia Hamm; basketball superstars Russell Westbrook, Manu Ginobili, and Rajon Rondo; NFL legends Larry Fitzgerald, Troy Polamalu, and Greg Jennings; Olympic gold medalists Liu Xiang, Allison Felix, and Sanya Richards; and tennis legends Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. Dr. Morag's postdoctoral research was done at Rush Medical Center in Chicago. He also started a program for Chicago public school teachers on utilizing sports to teach science and math while in Chicago. He received his doctorate in Exercise and Sports Science from Pennsylvania State University. He has a Master of Science from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Education from Wingate Institute, as well as teaching and coaching credentials. For his scientific achievements, teaching, and invention, he has won several honors. In addition, he has been granted 20 patents and has submitted five more.
