Salinas is also world renowned for being the son of the former Mexican president Carlos Salinas de Gortari. He received his education in Switzerland France Mexico and the States and is fluent in English French and Spanish.
The current Vice President of Prorsus Capital obtained his Bachelor's degree at the ITAM in Economics and later received his PhD from Harvard University studying Economics. Salinas also worked as a financial analyst for the world's leading financial advisory and asset management company Lazard Freres & Co. LLC investment bank in New York.
As well as being the VP of Prorsus Capital Salinas is the general coordinator of Movimiento IN LAK’ ECH por la Paz A.C. to promote the restoration of peace in Mexico.
