Ellen Schneider has been named by the Detroit Creative Corridor Centre as interim executive director while, the search proceeds for a new leader to succeed Matthew Clayson who accepted a position in the private sector.As an associate director of the DC3, Schneider of Detroit through a joint initiative between Business Leaders for Michigan and the College for Creative Studies.
In an advisory capacity , Clayson will continue to ensure a smooth transition. Prior to joining DC3 Schneider practiced bankruptcy law with Schneider Miller PC in downtown Detroit. Responsible for managing programming and operations at DC3, Scndeider is an attorney and lifelong Detroiter.
