Ellen Cleghorne is an American actress and comedian who rose to prominence as a member of the cast of Saturday Night Live from 1991 until 1995.
Cleghorne was the second African-American female repertory cast member of the sketch comedy program, following Danitra Vance in the eleventh season, and the first African-American female cast member to stay for more than one season. On February 15, 2015, she returned for the show's 40th-anniversary special. Rolling Stone magazine named Cleghorne as the 69th best Saturday Night Live cast member.
