KCTE is a State of Kansas Certified DBE/WBE (Disadvanted Business Enterprise/Woman Business Enterprise.KCTE is proud to have brought back the historical name of Kansas City Testing to the local area.
The history of our office dates to 1894 when it was founded as Kansas City Testing Laboratory. KCTE offers Construction Materials Engineering and Testing Geotechnical Engineering Drilling and Environmental Consulting services to a wide range of government municipal public and private clients.
