Alex Ebert, the vocalist of the power-pop group Ima Robot, leads Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, an American band. The Troubadour in West Hollywood, California had their debut gig as a complete band on July 18, 2007.
Up from Below, their debut full-length album was released online on July 7, 2009, and physically on July 14, 2009, by Community Records. On May 29, 2012, they released their second full-length album, Here.
