Professor of Law at the University of Southern California's Gould School of Law, Edward D. Professor Kleinbard served as Chief of Staff of the nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation of the United States Congress before joining USC Law.
Kleinbard was a partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP's New York office prior to his appointment to the Joint Committee. Professor Kleinbard graduated from Yale Law School with a J.D. and Brown University with an M.A. in History and a B.A. in Medieval and Renaissance Studies.
