Oil and gas investments in emerging economies are his areas of specialization. He has counseled international oil companies, multinational corporations, multilateral agencies, U.S. and foreign governments and international financial institutions. He can be found at the Elliott School for International Affairs at George Washington University, teaching part-time. Chow worked with Chevron Corporation in the U.S.
