Eden Grinsphan Biography

Eden Grinshpan earned the Grande Diplome in Pastry and Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu in London. She moved to India after graduation to help with several organizations, one of which was the Ramanas Garden orphanage. She came up with the idea of reopening the orphanage's café, which had been closed for some time, to raise funds for the charity. Eden returned to New York City and participated in The Institute of Culinary Education's management program before working at Babycakes Bakery. Eden is the co-owner of EthNicitY Productions and the host of Eden Eats and Log in and Eat With Eden Grinshpan on the Cooking Channel, a traveling show in which she visited food bloggers, YouTube sensations, and tweeters to find out where they liked to eat. Eden most recently appeared on VH1's Big Morning Buzz as a guest co-host alongside Nick Lachey. Cosmopolitan, Men's Health, The Los Angeles Times, The New York Daily News, Eater, Glamour, Well & Good, and other publications have profiled her. Eden will participate in Chopped Canada and host Donut Showdown this fall.
