Sheila Margolis works with executives to establish company culture, manage change, and improve employee engagement. She has a doctorate in Human Resource Development, teaches part-time in the Professional MBA Program at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, and is the President of the Workplace Culture Institute.
