HARMAN International's Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer is I.P. Park. As CTO, I.P. is in charge of the company's technological strategy and oversees all R&D operations. He directs advanced research initiatives as a member of HARMAN's Executive Committee, bringing new thought leadership into HARMAN products and solutions. In February of 2012, he joined HARMAN.
Prior to joining HARMAN, I.P. was Vice President of Samsung Electronics' Intelligent Computing Laboratory (formerly known as Computer Science Lab or Software Lab) from 2006 until 2011. He led advanced software research and development teams to create Samsung's future software innovations, as well as providing company-wide leadership in core software research, standardization, and open source initiatives.
