Bernie Dahl, M.D., a native of New Jersey, graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois with degrees in chemistry and Bible, as well as an MD from Cornell University Medical College. Dr. Dahl completed his Pathology Internship and Residency at the University of Vermont before joining the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer. Dr.
Dahl was designated Chief of Pathology at Eastern Maine Medical Center shortly after completing his tenure as an EIS officer. He worked as a speaker, consultant, board member of many professional associations, President of The American Pathology Foundation, and co-founder of a variety of successful initiatives both inside and outside of medicine during the course of his 25-year career.
