Donovan has more than a decade of experience managing teams in the most challenging circumstances conceivable, including front-line combat and business/department turnarounds, and he is enthusiastic about putting an emphasis on individual character development in the workplace. Donovan has served in the United States Marine Corps on three combat deployments since 2001.
Following his military service, Donovan worked for PepsiCo's Leadership Development Program before becoming the COO of one of North America's fifty largest printing firms. His debut novel, the New York Times best-seller Joker One, was released by Random House in 2009.
