Donnie Tyndall is the current head men's basketball coach at the University of Tennessee. Prior to becoming head coach at Tennessee Tyndall was the head coach at the University of Southern Mississippi. Tyndall was also the head coach at Morehead State University from 2006-2012.
He was hired in 2006 taking over Kyle Macy's former position.Tyndall was hired by his Alma Mater Morehead State in the spring of 2006. He took over a program that went 4-23 the previous season under Kyle Macy.
