Dong began his career with Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. in 1990, serving as Business Manager, Director of Management Department, and Vice General Manager. Since April 2001, she has also been the General Manager of Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. in Zhuhai. Since May 10, 2012, she has served as Chairman of the Board of Zhuhai Gree Group Co., Ltd.
